I understand that Debra Alper is able to provide divorce consulting services to me via telecommunications.
Participation in telecommunications is voluntary.

1. NATURE OF TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES: Debra Alper uses telecommunications to provide services to clients, including but not limited to telephone, secure video conferencing, and other electronic means as appropriate. Telecommunications is defined as a method of communicating between people that are not in the same physical location.

2. POTENTIAL BENEFITS: Telecommunications services may offer benefits such as increased accessibility to care and services, reduced travel time, and convenient scheduling.

3. POTENTIAL RISKS: Risks to telecommunications services include, but are not limited to, interruptions, unauthorized access, and technical difficulties.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY: Reasonable efforts will be made to protect confidentiality, with exception to legal limitations, standard confidentiality requirements, and specific circumstances that may require the disclosure of information in a legal proceeding.

5. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS: Telecommunications services are not appropriate for crisis situations. In the event of an emergency, immediately call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

6. TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS: A reliable internet connection and appropriate software are required to participate in telecommunications services.

8. ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS: Clients have the option to receive services through a different format.

9. RECORDING: Recording of services is generally not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon.

10. FEES AND BILLING: Standard fees apply for telecommunications services and are the responsibility of the client.

11. CONSENT: I understand that Debra Alper is able to provide consulting services to me via telecommunications.
Participate in telecommunications is consent.
